Sumit Biswas has 20 years experience in all aspects of business change. He has been engaged on business issues from all bases - from a large consulting firm, working independently, and leading functions or internal consulting teams within larger organisations.
Corporate experience includes working at UK Director level with Vodafone, managing cross-organisational change; within the consumer and retail businesses of Thorn, with a service focus; and within Telewest, with a Director-level planning and customer service improvement remit.
Sector experience includes mobile telecommunications, the cable industry, customer service, retailing, financial services and visitor attractions. Consulting work has also covered membership and public sector bodies.
